Terms and Conditions
By booking this trip with MLM Dream Destinations, you agree to the following key terms:
Booking & Payments: A deposit is required to secure your spot. Final payment due by the specified date. If you're on a monthly payment plan, consistent payments are required. Missed payments by your roommate could affect your rate or result in additional charges to you.
Cancellations & Changes: All cancellations are subject to a $250 agency fee, plus any supplier penalties. Missed travel (no-shows) are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended. If you decline coverage, you accept full financial responsibility for cancellations, delays, illness, or emergencies.
Suppliers & Responsibility: MLM Dream Destinations is a travel agency—we help you book travel experiences provided by third-party suppliers (like cruise lines, airlines, and hotels). We are not liable for changes, cancellations, or issues caused by these suppliers.
Passports & Documentation: A valid passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond return date) is required. You're responsible for securing all travel documents.
Behavior & Conduct: Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the trip at your own expense and without refund.
